London City Airport is the most directly connected of London’s major airports to the TfL network. The airport has its own DLR station in Zone 3, with onward connections to the Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line, London Underground and National Rail.
Using the DLR from London City Airport
Follow signs from the terminal to London City Airport DLR station. Use the DLR to connect with Canning Town for the Jubilee Line, Stratford for the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, or Bank for central London connections. Choose the interchange based on your final destination.
Useful routes for visitors
- City of London: travel towards Bank and change or walk onward as appropriate.
- Canary Wharf: use DLR or compare an Elizabeth Line connection depending on your destination.
- Westminster and the West End: connect through the Jubilee Line and change for the District, Circle or Victoria lines.
- Heathrow or west London: compare a DLR connection to the Elizabeth Line with other TfL routes.
